Aaron has 20 years of commercial experience across finance, telecoms, and tech, with roles at Experian, Level 3, ICAP, and Tullett Prebon. At Chime, he leads operations and growth, combining enterprise sales acumen with sharp strategic execution in construction SaaS.

With 25+ years in construction, Roger scaled Wren Construction to £30M+ revenue before founding Chime in 2016 to tackle inefficiencies he experienced firsthand. He brings deep industry insight and commercial resilience to Chime’s mission of digital transformation.

David Hawes

CTO & Co-Founder

David brings two decades of enterprise tech leadership, including roles at Vanquis Bank, Close Brothers, and Experian-affiliated ventures. He built Chime’s platform from the ground up, overseeing all tech, security, and product delivery to ensure scale, speed, and simplicity.

Steve Myers

CMO

Steve is a former fintech founder (Monmia, £200M turnover) and GTM leader with 20+ years in digital. At Chime, he leads marketing, product positioning, and data strategy, applying deep expertise in scalable, data-driven growth.

Ed Power

Head of Sales

Ed has led enterprise sales at Salesforce, IBM, and Experian, with a focus on regulated industries. Since joining Chime in 2023, he’s built a high-performance sales model centred on long-term customer value and predictable growth.

George Store

Head of Customer Success

George brings 10+ years of customer success leadership, with prior roles at BT and Continental. At Chime, he drives end-to-end customer experience, delivering scalable, value-led journeys that power retention and satisfaction.
