The Challenge
AD BLY Construction were using another software solution for the time management of their workforce but this was becoming increasingly frustrating since it wasn't solving their issues. Their operatives were not always signing in and out properly, it was hard to always monitor RAMS and TBT being signed correctly and it was time-consuming managing an accurate training matrix. AD BLY wanted a solution that would accurately record operatives time management, streamline payroll and support the distribution and signing of their key H&S documents.
The Results
1 | Resolved RAMS issues quickly
The problem of monitoring and maintaining RAMS signatures was difficult and often an issue that was reported on within AD BLY's H&S reports. This has now been resolved with Chime. RAMS are uploaded onto the system and pushed to sites via the Chime app. All their operatives can read, understand and digitally sign them before working.

After AD BLY's experience using a software solution that was difficult to use, they were struck with how simple Chime is to use for their entire team. On top of this, the support from Chime provides immediate assistance to resolve anything that they have questions about.

It is essential to have an accurate and up-to-date training record and AD BLY place huge emphasis on H&S and skills. They now upload all our operatives training certificates onto Chime and they are alerted to impending expiration dates weeks / months in advance.
4 | Saved Time & Money
Now RAMS are distributed electronically in seconds, it means AD BLY no longer need to deploy couriers or use their own people to deliver them to projects / sites. On top of this, AD BLY can quickly generate a GAP report on training at the click of a button which is saving hours of admin time.

With everything automated from sign in through to processing approved hours, it means payroll is now more streamlined and efficient for AD BLY.
