A Spec Environmental were finding it challenging to have complete control over their time and attendance paperwork. It was difficult to always understand the hours their guys had worked each day and what paperwork they had signed. This resulted in huge amounts of admin time spent every week collating weekly timesheets, deciphering sometimes illegible handwriting and making sure the data input was correct. They wanted a system that they could have 100% confidence that the data was accurate and take away the burden of paperwork.

RAMS are now uploaded onto the Chime platform and then pushed to phones so that their guys can read and digitally sign them before they start any work. A Spec have also found the Near Miss function easy to use - a near miss can be logged straight from an operatives’ phone and management can then immediately see it reported in real time.
