Buxton & McNulty were using a hardware system on their sites to try to solve the issues of time & attendance. But this wasn’t working at all - the machines would regularly break down, the data from the eye-scanning / fingerprints was unreliable and they were endlessly contacting engineers to fix them. With regular phone calls back and forth to site to determine exactly who was where and when, they wanted a solution that would truly solve these problems. So, they decided to move away from a hardware solution and look for a solution that could be used on mobile phones.

These have proved invaluable and they are able to assigned checklists to individual operatives / sites to complete each day / week. It has improved their safety and with PDF reports created, it means everything is all filed and they know exactly who has completed what.

Buxton & McNulty originally got Chime to solve their T&A issues, but they have been amazed at the other features it offers too and now they manage all their H&S documents on the platform. They have uploaded all key H&S documents such as RAMS, Site Inductions etc and these get pushed to site to be read and digitally signed by their teams.
