With a team of 600+ workers, it was taking their finance team up to 5 days to just process weekly timesheets. On top of this, C3 Construction also wanted to better understand site labour allocation and cost in real-time, which was increasingly difficult with workers moving between sites and not always having accurate signing in and out times
