This has not only benefitted the day-to-day running of the business but has meant submitting evidence for accreditations is now easy.

About 70% of Konform Ltd sites use the Chime tablets for signing in and out. With a quick pin code and selfie, their operatives are ready for work straight away. This has meant an end to leaving site early and the exact hours worked by their teams are logged in real time.

Monika’s time spent collating and processing hours and pay has dramatically reduced. What used to be a laborious and painful task is now easy and takes only a couple of hours. With the Chime team helping set up the payroll process to suit Konform’s specific requirements, it has meant weekly hours and pay are exported at the click of a button.

With all of Konform’s operatives’ skills / certs now uploaded and managed on the Chime platform it means everything is in one central place. Konform's H&S director has all the information he needs at his fingertips and managing the renewal of certificates or knowing who has what qualification on each of their sites is there to see in real time.
