The problem

Middlesex Group was previously using another software solution which they were becoming increasingly frustrated with. Due to covid-19, they were unable to use the 'signing in' and 'signing out' system since it used fingerprint recognition and this wasn’t viable. On top of this, the solution didn’t enable their office staff to view ‘live’ labour levels on site with ease and it was becoming increasingly expensive.

Once uploaded, they are then verified by management/office staff - putting an end to their photocopying and many phone calls chasing operatives. It enables a ‘live’ traffic-light view of every operatives skills / qualification such as CSCS cards, SSSTS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
