The problem
Rochford Construction were getting increasingly frustrated with the challenges of time and attendance across their sites. From not having a live daily 'snapshot' of who was where to the various pitfalls of their carbon copy paper timesheets (being difficult to read, slow to process and endless phone calls chasing). On a few of their sites they trialled using fingerprint signing in machines but these didn't solve their daily issues and could often throw up even more problems. Rochford Construction wanted a solution that would give them a 'live', real time overview of their workforce across all their sites and have data at their fingertips.
